Comfort Systems of Virginia has committed to being an employer that prides itself on providing a safe work environment for our employees. We have built an extensive hands on safety orientation for each new employee plus continuing safety training throughout the year for all employees. Our Safety Manager is an OSHA Outreach Instructor, American Red Cross Instructor, and holds multiple trainer certifications. Not only does he provide training, he also conducts all of our on-site safety audits for the construction and service departments. All site safety audits are conducted at random and are unannounced. CSV also has a Safety Committee which is comprised from top to bottom of our company, President down to apprentices. Getting our employees involved in the decision making process has brought safety to the forefront. Safety is not just something we do, safety is a key leg in the foundation of our success.
