Our advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities make us a dependable choice, detecting collisions in existing and new systems for buildings in 3D renderings before construction even begins.

Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)

Our VDC team is an in-house service that utilizes Computer-Aided Drafting software (CAD) to facilitate a coordinated installation of the mechanical and plumbing systems. This is achieved by reviewing the design layout of each system, running clash detection tests between systems in a 3D Model, and coordinating the configuration of these systems to ensure that all elements are constructable and have access for maintenance. From this process, all shop drawings are generated, including spool drawings that show an itemized bill of materials with exact quantities and lengths that need to be ordered or fabricated before construction begins.
